The regulatory board tests both the grapes and the wines produced endorsing their quality
in order to ensure that every bottle offers a genuine flavour experience. This demanding mission involves the monitoring of vineyards and wineries by the qualified control
board team, which also periodically analyses the wines in order to guarantee their authenticity, distinguished by the seal on the back label.

The vineyards are located on undulating terrain at between 400 and 800 metres above sea level. The land here is home to crops that are fond of the continental climate, with cold winters and summers as warm as the personality and character of its wines. In these harsh conditions, the existence of grapes is virtually a miracle, with vines producing harvests that are very much in demand thanks to their quality and low yield.
The wine-growers nurture each vineyard, raising it naturally, avoiding artificial chemical treatments. The different varieties cultivated reflect the personality of the terroir in which they have been raised; regaling us with aromas and flavours that conceal the secrets of these viticultural artists.
The Yecla Campo Arriba and Yecla Campo Abajo wine growing areas represent a total of some 7,600 hectares of vineyards, united by a common mission: producing wines endorsed by the Yecla D.O. seal.
