It is a sensory space in which you can take an audiovisual journey through the history of La Unión, the mines and their songs, as well as the Festival itself. With a marked mining setting, the visitor will be able to take a trip to the harsh reality of the miner and his vital circumstances, the starting point for the birth of mining songs, a reflection of that society. Some mining songs that can be heard in this museum space. The museographic discourse includes different sections: history of mines and miners. The work in the mine; expressions. The mining songs; prizes from the Cante de las Minas Festival; Festival posters. The Old Public Market, venue of the Festival; and history of the Festival (beginning and development, winners and criers).
