Hellin’s Bridge

A bridge of Roman origin, it was built in 1548 over the River Alharabe on the old road linking the nearby town of Hellín, with which Moratalla had trade links.

It is still used today as a passageway for the farmers who live in the huerta and Cañadas area. Restoration works has recently been carried out.
