cambiaría el personal que lleva la gestión de los albergues de forma inmediata y no dárselos a alguien que haga este trabajo de forma incompetente provocando rechazo a un camino que hubiera sido una muy buena experiencia.
Lamento no puntuar muy alto al Albergue pero la verdad es que llegamos a las cuatro y hasta las nueve de la noche no vino nadie al Albergue. Gracias al dueño del restaurante y sus empleados, pudimos entrar y acomodarnos como pudimos ya que estaba todo sucio como lo habían dejado. Todo nuestro agradecimiento a ellos ya que se portaron muy bien con nosotros
Poner a una persona en la recepción ya que te sientes desangelado tras 26 kms caminando , llegar y ver que te encuentras con la puerta en las narices. La verdad es que es una pena porque las instalaciones del albergue son magníficas. Supongo que tuvimos mala suerte..
Cuando llegamos estaba cerrado, tuvimos que llamar por teléfono y esperar más de media hora.
Sobre todo la limpieza y el mantenimiento.

Mejoraría la gestión de las reservas. Gente encargada de los albergues responsable y con ganas de trabajar. Más limpieza y menos excusas.
