The Casa Europa is in the historic centre of the town of Cehegín, and was originally a mansion residence belonging to the Martínez-Oliva family before it was acquired by the Town Hall in 1995.
Also known as the “Casa de los Oliva”, after the family which owned it, the building can welcome up to 26 guests in double and triple rooms, with a range of services which also allow meetings, seminars and courses to be held. There are also facilities for workshops and practical training activities.
Next to the Casa de los Oliva are the Jardín de La Tercia and the Casa de la Tercia, a monumental building which in the past was used by the Order of Santiago as a grain store and as a collection office for local taxes. Inside is one of the most important wine storage facilities of the Kingdom of Murcia in the 18th century.
