Commission in the Natura 2000 network as a Site of Community Interest, and
contains the Cañada Brusca salt marsh, which is a candidate to become a
botanical micro-reserve, and the volcanic outcrop of Punta Parda, which has

Con esta visita podrás disfrutar del Casco Antiguo de Lorca, declarado Conjunto Histórico Artístico desde 1964, de la mano de un guía que te descubrirá la Plaza de España donde se ubican algunos de los edificios más emblemáticos de la ciudad como son el Ayuntamiento y la Colegiata de San Patricio; así como la Plaza del Caño, con el Pósito y la Casa del Corregidor; y la Plaza de las Barandillas desde donde contemplar el cambio entre la Lorca medieval y la Lorca actual. Además, en esta visita podrás contemplar el recién restaurado templo de San Patricio. La antigua Colegial abre sus puertas tras la profunda restauración a la que ha sido sometida mostrando al visitante antiguos vestigios desconocidos hasta ahora como pinturas murales escondidas durante siglos, entrada a las criptas o la situación exacta del antiguo templo que ocupaba el mismo emplazamiento de San Patricio.
