The building where the museum is located dates from the 19th century, and it owes its name to the seven chimneys that still scrape the sky over the municipality of Ceutí and which belonged to old canneries. Around the collection, the history of this municipality will be shown through one of its industries, the vegetable canneries, so important in the economy of the Region of Murcia. It is also a show of daily objects, those used by the neighbours in their houses, those they worked, played and learnt with.
